Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. As these are personal-use products, we recommend notifying us of any return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery. This does not affect your eligibility to return the product within the 14-day period.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, it is free of charge.

For returns or exchanges requested after delivery for any other reason, a shipping fee of approximately 150 EGP applies, and the reason for the return or exchange must be specified.

You may inspect the product with the courier before payment.

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Please note: a fee of 85 EGP applies if the order is refused or not accepted during inspection.

For certain governorates, a partial deposit may be requested prior to shipping.
