Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, the return is free of charge.
For returns for any other reason, a shipping fee applies and the reason for return must be specified. In the case of exchange or return after delivery, an additional fee of 150 EGP applies.
Please note that exchanges are processed in a single operation — the item you wish to return is collected and the new item is delivered at the same time. For this reason, exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, to ensure the item has not been used. This policy is in place to protect the hygiene and safety of all our customers and to avoid product waste. We appreciate your understanding.
You may inspect the product with the courier before payment.
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Please note: a fee of 70 EGP applies if the order is refused or not received at the time of inspection.
For certain governorates, a partial deposit may be requested prior to shipping.
